Return of goods

All our items come with a money back guarantee. If you decide to return the purchased item, you can do so within 100 days without giving a reason. The return period for goods purchased in the online store starts counting from the next day after receiving the goods.

Provide your name, surname, e-mail address. postal address, product name and price, account number, where the money should be returned.

Once we receive the request, we will approve it. The paid amount of money is returned to the Buyer by transferring the money to the Buyer's account, within 15 calendar days from the Buyer's written notification of the cancellation of the purchase agreement and the receipt of the returned goods.
